Taking a Yoga Class in San Miguel and Skill-sharing.

So here is the thing with Yoga in San Miguel. It is plentiful but every teacher teaches at the same time, most of the classes are either not listed anywhere, or you have to find the classroom up a twirly staircase in the back of a dark and ominous corner of a restaurant on the opposite side of town. In my case today it was all of these things combined only to come to a class where the teacher was sick and a bit disgruntled. She was however, very informative and I did learn things I have never quite done in any previous classes.

sidenote* It is so beautifully green during rainy season (June-October) and worth coming, everything is cheaper and not overcrowded with tourism. Nice view, right?

On a lighter note, the space itself was so beautiful and by happenstance I met a pilates instructor that does private reformer pilates classes (those are the machines btw, which to me is the gold of pilates) for 20 dollars a class! I also got to see a beautiful view of the whole city from the classroom and take a pretty picture of a twirly staircase. On my way to lunch I ran into two ladies with yoga mats who informed of a class right by my home, what a great find indeed. All these things make for a lovely morning.

This month is going to be a month of finding that perfect yoga teacher and when I do I am going to offer them the trade of a lifetime, a massage with yours truly ;) I have come to the terms that I love yoga in the morning while I also like being in my house in the morning. The fatal truth is I am inspired in classes to push myself much more than when practicing on my own. So I thought to myself, wouldn't it be even more awesome if I could have a private yoga teacher in my home? Why not?!

Every doorway so different and uniquely alive. Come find your door in San Miguel, find your skill to share, your infinite riches.

Skill sharing is a great way to connect to new people and get yourself out there while also living economically. We can always live a rich lifestyle if we want to. Having skill sets like massage, and alternative medicine is a great skill to share with other like minded people with similar skills and shared interests. Life is about quality of living anyways, not the quantity in your pocket! If you live feeling rich already, generally, things will magically reveal themselves. The intention you set in your life and how you project yourself is a huge part of your success. So skill-share away! Mingle, Network, and meet your community, or meet your world! What are your skills you would share for if you were traveling abroad?
